Do you deliver all over the country?
Yes, we deliver all over the country.
What's your delivery time and charge?
- Inside Dhaka: 60 tk, within 2 days
- Outside Dhaka: 150 tk, within 4 days
Do you provide cash on delivery all over the country?
We provide full cash on delivery only inside Dhaka. For deliveries outside Dhaka, we require a delivery charge of 150 tk in advance to confirm the order, with the rest of the bill paid via cash on delivery.
What if I don't like the product?
If you don’t like the product, you can instantly return it to the delivery person. Once the product is received, there is no option to return it. However, we provide exchanges within 7 days if the product is unused and in good condition.
What if I couldn't pick up the call from the delivery person and the product is returned to you?
In such a situation, if you want to order the same product again, you have to deposit 100 tk in advance for deliveries inside Dhaka. For deliveries outside Dhaka, you have to pay another delivery fee of 150 tk, and your previously paid delivery charge will be deducted for the first delivery attempt.
